PR Newswire: With an eye toward strengthening its Latin America practice, Chadbourne & Parke announced today that it would open an office in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The opening is pending Brazilian regulatory approval.
To man the new office, Chadbourne has brought in Charles Johnson as partner. Mr. Johnson, who has worked in Brazil for the last eight years, is an expert in structured finance transactions both in Brazil and throughout Latin America. He is joined by Daniel Spence, also a new hire, and Felipe Carazzo from Chadbourne’s New York office. Mr Spence’s practice focuses on cross border finance and other trade and securitization transaction. Mr. Corazzo’s involves corporate mergers and finance, and international transactions.
