Ulmer & Berne LLP has added a three-person team to its three Ohio offices. The trio is led by partner Frederick M. Erny, who joins the firm’s product liability practice in Cincinnati.
Erny’s practice focuses on product liability litigation with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, as well as a wide range of civil, trust and mass tort litigation. He was formerly a partner with Dinsmore & Shohl.
Erny will be joined at the 150-attorney strong Ulmer & Berne by associates Alyson A. Terrell in Columbus and Corey N. Thrush in Cleveland.
“These additions demonstrate Ulmer & Berne’s continued commitment to growth throughout the Midwest and enhance our ability to provide clients with superior legal counsel and the highest level of service and value,” states Kip Reader, managing partner of Ulmer & Berne.
Ulmer & Berne was established in 1908 and is one of Ohio’s largest law firms. The full-service firm has approximately 175 attorneys with offices in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati and Chicago.
