Chadbourne & Parke LLP announced today that veteran banking and finance attorney Simon H.P. Morgan has joined its Moscow office as partner. His addition will expand the firm’s capital markets practice in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe.
Most recently, Mr. Morgan was a partner with White & Case, where he served as head of the Central and Eastern European capital markets practice, head of the Moscow bank finance and capital markets groups and co-head of the Central and Eastern European banking and finance practice.
Mr. Morgan has nearly twenty years of experience counseling clients in the structured finance, securitization, restructuring and capital markets sectors. He has worked on some of the most innovative public securitizations by commercial bank originators in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Turkey.
