Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., has promoted four attorneys to shareholder. The quartet consists of Jay H. Reiziss, Danielle Anne Phillip, Scott W. Brim and Heidi A. Dare, who will become shareholders in January 2011.

“These four attorneys are highly accomplished in their individual practice areas and are tremendous assets to the firm,” said Brinks president Gary M. Ropski. “We are pleased to recognize their achievements and know they will continue to excel at Brinks.”

Reiziss is an international trade attorney in Brinks’ Washington, D.C., office with experience in the biotechnology, chemical, and computer hardware and software industries. A former International Trade Commission employee, Reiziss’ expertise includes investigations under Section 337, as well as anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and safeguards investigations before the ITC.
