Klee Tuchin Bogdanoff & Stern LLP, a Los Angeles boutique firm specializing in business reorganization and corporate insolvency, announced three newly-elected partners in the firm’s reorganization practice. KTB&S named Whitman L. Holt, Robert J. Pfister and David M. Guess to be the new members of the firm’s partnership. Holt was a J.D. Cum Laude graduate at Harvard Law School. Pfister attained his J.D. from NYU School of Law while Guess studied at UCLA School of Law where he earned his J.D. The three new partners all have solid experience in the reorganization practice.
