10 years after 9/11, our legal system is still in flux and is changing in response to the attacks even today, say legal experts on Law.com. Most of the Bush-era anti-terror policies are still being supported by the Obama Administration. Even the judiciary is still grappling with the aftermath of 9/11. This fall, the Supreme Court will hear a case related to privacy rights that has echoes of 9/11.
