A judge from Florida has ruled that the founder of a Texas group that searches for missing children can be questioned under oath by Casey Anthony’s lawyers. The head of the Texas EquuSearch group, Tim Miller, has filed a lawsuit against Anthony for over $100,000. The organization is saying it spent that much money while searching for Caylee Anthony.

A time limit of seven hours has been set for the questioning by Judge Lisa Munyon.

The company sued Casey Anthony after a court acquitted her of killing her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, back in July of 2011. The lawsuit filed by EquuSearch claims that Casey Anthony knew her daughter was dead when her family contacted the company about assisting in the search for Caylee. The group claims that this is fraud.

In other Casey Anthony news, a second video diary of the woman surfaced on the internet, leading her attorney to threaten legal action against whoever hacked into his client’s computer and stole the videos.

On Sunday, Jose Baez made an appearance on Fox News, saying that Anthony was not the person who leaked the video online last week.

“They were private webcam videos solely intended for her and certainly were not meant to be disseminated in any way,” Baez said. “I think this is outrageous that this is happening.”

The lawyer representing a woman who is suing Anthony for defamation filed a renewed motion on Tuesday. The renewed motion will force Casey Anthony to take part in another deposition.

The woman who shares the same name as a fictitious babysitter who Anthony claimed kidnapped her daughter back in 2008 is Zenaida Gonzalez. The woman claims her life was ruined after she was linked to the disappearance of Caylee by Casey Anthony. The attorneys for Gonzalez claim that since Anthony is talking publicly through her video diaries on the internet, she should have to talk while under oath.

“Our focus is not on who released the video. Our focus is on the video has been released and therefore she’s waived her Fifth Amendment privilege she’s been claiming throughout the process with Zenaida,” said Gonzalez’s attorney Matt Morgan.

Morgan says that the video diaries also prove that Anthony is not hiding anymore.
