A man from Wisconsin was cut off after scarfing down 12 pieces of fish at an all-you-can-eat fish fry. After he was cut off from the event he decided to make a sign and picket the establishment for cutting him off from the fish fry. The man, Bill Wisth, stands at 6-foot-6-inches and weighs in at 350 pounds. He was upset when employees at Chuck’s Place told him they were running low on the seafood he was there to eat. The restaurant is located in Thiensville.
“It’s false advertising,” Wisth said. “We asked for more fish, and they refused to give us more fish.”
The workers soon became tired of Wisth’s complaining so they gave him eight pieces of fish to-go but Wisth said that was not enough. He decided to call the police, which got him nowhere, and returned two days later with a sign to protest the restaurant.
“I think that people have to stand up for consumers,” he said.
According to Elizabeth Roeming, a waitress at the restaurant, the establishment did not change its policy for Wisth. On the contrary, Roeming said Wisth has been a problem for a couple of years now. He also has a large tab that he has yet to pay.
“They do have like some of the best pizza in town, if you like deep dish pizza,” he said. Wisth said he is going to picket in front of the establishment each Sunday until they allow him to eat all he can eat once again.
