Nearly half of New York City has been rezoned this last decade leaving clients bewildered and much in need of a man like Christian Hylton, who has been hired by Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, & Einiger LLP. He is to join Frank Carone, to create a new practice focusing only on zoning.

By seasoned professional, he is referring to Hylton’s previous work as Counsel for the Land Division of the New York City Counsel and his service on the Committee Counsel to the Zoning and Franchise Committee, The landmarks, Maritime Uses, and Public Siting Committee, and various other committees, giving him a solid background in zoning laws.
What all these zoning dynamics comes to, Mr. Hylton notices, need not be turmoil. “I have seen the metamorphosis in the downtown Brooklyn area over the past twenty years from derelict neighborhoods to new construction and reimagined buildings. It is exciting to participate in the growth and evolution of this neighborhood and others in the New York area, both as a participate in land use and working at MetroTech center.”
