Taking it to the next phase in international strategy, the new London office is another step closer to reaching the firm’s vision of being the premier global labor and employment law firm. Ogletree Deakins has started its aggressive international expansion plan in December of 2012 as it opened its Berlin office. It will continue with its global expansion.

New partner Richard Linskell joins Ogletree Deakins at the new London office with two associates, from Speechly Bircham LLP. Linskell was a partner on the employment team advising employers from recruitment to post-termination issues. He has experience in advising “complex employee relations issues, remuneration, bonuses,” and the gamut of issues across the board. He also has experience in drafting and enforcing post-termination restrictive covenants and breaches of contract. Linskell has served as deputy chair of the Employment Lawyers Association as well as on the editorial board of their journal, ELA briefing. Mr. Linskell also writes employment law articles and is an employment law commentator in the press. His addition to the firm and the London office is applauded.
