Mr. Khalatian will represent developers and investors in all forms of real estate transactions. He will be focusing on land use entitlement matters and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance. He will also assist in the litigation of cases at both the trial and appellate level.

Mr. Khalatian was appointed by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Michael LoGrande, director of the Los Angeles Department of City Planning, to serve as co-chair of the Los Angeles Zoning Advisory Committee. He serves on the board of directors for the Valley Industry & Commerce Association (VICA) and is chairman of VICA’s Land Use Committee.
