Pierce has joined the firm in its Financial Transactions & Restructuring Group. He is going to work on cases involving infrastructure and energy projects, according to a press release from the firm. Pierce will work as a partner in the firm’s Bellevue office. He comes to the firm from DLA Piper in Seattle.

He said the following about Pierce: “John is a seasoned transactional attorney with deep and broad experience in the energy industry. Pierce provides his clients with counsel on matters involving development of port facilities, refineries, airports, toll roads, industrial zones and pipelines.

Pierce earned his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law. He earned his B.A. from San Francisco State University.
